Decent for snowkiting when field completely covered with a 6" base or better.
For landboarding and buggy, best in early spring and late fall when soccer nets are removed. During soccer season (goal nets and benches all over the place) skill level required is intermediate or better.
Room for 2 -3 kiters at a time ok, but little tight.
